Unfortunately, the darknet niche is already  ocuppied by Freenet, Tor and I2P.

No place left for new kid on the block  Sad
Users are too conservative.

I was excited even I heard about Phantom but I doubt we'll see it usable in a reasonable time. The project needas some funding!

It seems like that protocol is more of a better version of Tor and I2P rather than Freenet. Freenet solves a different problem.
