The same happened to me. I used have claim up to 3k litoshis from this site but unfortunately they decreased the payment. Now I can only claim up to 2k litoshis.

I can't claim, the 3000 litoshis count is done, but it doesn't let me claim.

Works good, every five minutes, i just use another 5 minute faucet to judge the time.
Timer hears needs a fix, sure its a java cache problem, but not 100% sure.

Im bored now thats why I explore micro earnings and land on this post. Im fund of claiming faucets and bitcoin faucets was my favorites before but now i will switch to other crypto such as litecoin, eth etc waiting for value to pump just like bitcoin.

I think you are right... Most BTC faucets don't let us claim even 320 satoshis hourly.
