could you please share the SEO Status of the site, how many page views per day, how many visiters per day? and how many valid backlinks it has? and please tell us when will it expires and how much it cast to renewal.. and did you applied for google adsense for this domain? if yes then no one will buy this. because without google adsense website is totally useless. and google doesn't accept two request for same domain..
