Freewallet SCAM! they want to have 24.79ETH to unlock my account (XMR with 112.)

Hello

Freewallet has disabled my XMR Account.
They wana have 24.79ETH from me to unlock my Account.
They tell me, i have received a transaction from exchange twice with the exact same amount.

I'm not a Pro, but i think, this should not be possible by design?
Also I just had converted my BTC to XMR, ETH, LISK, ETC and so one - more times a day.
The thing is, that ETH is actually so extremely strong, that it would be 6400USD, what they like to have to unlock my Account. - I never received 6400USD for free!

Is there a possibility to get my account unlocked without loosing all my founds on my wallet (My XMR would actually be 6000USD)..

I feel, that it is not legal, to disable my account, thief my founds and just give me one way to get it back?!
