Freewallet is a known scam. Many users lose their assets daily due to missing transactions and blocked wallets under the guise of verification. If you have just deposited tokens or coins, withdraw them promptly but cautiously to avoid detection. Use multiple exchanges to split your assets.

Document everything: take screenshots and save all correspondence. Contact support formally but persistently, and avoid sharing overly personal documents. If your wallet gets blocked, seek legal assistance immediately.

Report issues to the police and relevant authorities like Cloudflare ([email protected]) and NameCheap ([email protected]). Warn others by sharing your experiences on forums and social media.

For help, email us at [email protected]. Only collective legal action can stop these scammers!

That is why I never trust on any third-party wallets other than MyEtherWallet for my ERC20 coins and  NEP5 for my NEO coins.
Trusting your crypto assets on third-party wallets will end up on sabotage or letting someone taking away your money.
If you read this comment and you are using freewallet.ord at the same time then think again and better transfer them into devs wallet which for example is MyEtherWallet and keep your crypto assets safe and secure.

I have not been able to withdraw any amount of XMR from my Freewallet account for weeks. Their useless support keeps saying the system is delayed, which is a complete lie, and they offer no detailed info regarding this fake delay. There is nothing wrong with the Monero network. Its working fine. I am looking for other people who have been scammed so you can join my legal action. Apple and Google, who both carry their mobile app, will have to turn over all of their info upon receiving a simple court subpoena. After that, criminal charges will be filed in every country where they have customers and where they reside. Send me a dm if you use Freewallet and I'll have my lawyer add you to the list of defrauded customers. Freewallet has no idea that we can find them easily. The owners name may be Alvin Hagg, or maybe its not. They may be in Prague and Hong Kong, and maybe theyre not. It doesnt matter. Theyll be found within a week of their info being turned over. I already have a lawyer ready to go full thrust on this
