That's why I call them "Apps" since they're not wallet, because we the owner don't have fully access of our fund.

As this website continues to operate, it is difficult to predict when they will solve your problem. I don't know how you fall into their trap, but it will be difficult to get out of this trap. Because they have no interest in increasing their reputation, their main purpose is to withhold their customer's funds and not return the customer's funds using various excuses.

It's the need to get solution that drives people here once they've got themselves in an entanglement. Only a patient seeks medical attention and that can only explain this situation better. Most times one thinks everything is fine with sites one is visiting only to find out that's not the case after one has made financial commitments. In 2017/18, I can't say Freewallet had any of such issues. It was among the top and easy to use wallets then. I also had and used it. In fact, till date I still have some cryptos (nothing major, anyway) in it which I haven't bothered to check back on for a few years now. If I lose those cryptos I won't be bothered much because they aren't worth much. Nonetheless, 60,000 units of Dogecoin is something to be worried about.

Why would he get tired of it?  Apologies and feigning support is a lot more profitable than doing the right thing.

Freewallet's business model:

1. Lock customers' assets.
2. Politely string them along with KYC requests.
3. Sell your customers' assets when the market pumps.
4. Buy back your customers' assets when the market dumps.
5. Profit.

Don't you get tired of apologizing to your victims and instead do the right things as required?

Scammers will never stop until there is no prey for them but we are seeing the people keep using them continuously without knowing that its not an actual wallet. The representative of freewallet in bitcoin debate like they're trying to solve the things but all they were doing is letting people to withdraw small amounts until they find big fishes and the cycle keep repeating.

Also I can see some of the impersonators as well who is trying to use the scammers name to scam more randoms.

Same old story just like most of the freewallet users. I still don't know why the wallet service is still operating with all the scam accusations it has.

One user had to wait for over two years to have his documents "verified"

If there are enough reports, the page will be blocked with a warning that will be displayed in most browsers.

Unfortunately, exactly like you, people come here after they've got scammed, instead of doing a little background check before entrusting a random website to hold their coins.
And yeah, you're, by far, not the first one complaining...

Freewallet has been doing this for a long time, so they already have a lot of tags in their account. They make excuses instead of serving their customers. So you are stuck in their website.

For your info you are the xxth customer to complain to this forum out of 9xxx of their customers out there who are having the same problem. Currently they have to handle 999xxx customer complaints.

It seems that they deliberately let customer complaints pile up unhandled and this is enough reason for them not to rush the refunds they confiscate which makes customers give up.

It's not a wallet . It's some site that use name wallet you sent your doge to their wallet.

When i learn in school i create account on freewallet.org and receive my first big money Xd ..60000+ doge , in 2016 year its trash ( 5-10$ max )
but when i see Elon Musk tweet in 2021 year i remember of my wallet from freewallet but my email google and phone with 2fa its lost) ( 5 year))

I create ticket in freewallet in 2021 year , screen - https://imgur.com/a/XOn3gxu , i wait day , week and month BUT freewallet not change my mail ... he need again and again : bank statements , photo with binance , my photo , my international id , my photo with freewallet text and logo , my ID video , my ID photo again , my bank statements again , and video in binance transaction .... its trash , its BIG TRASH ... its not wallet ...scam ..

Now 2022 year and : freewallet need skype call - ok i call with him , now need video with binance - i sent this .. now freewallet is silent ..
the last time in 2022 I sent them a bank statement they were silent for almost a month ...

I wait simple change email more 11 month its good ? Or maybe fast ?
