hi im looking for a friendly country to cashout btc ..the problem is after seeing a bunch of lawyer all authorities look very upset and against bitcoin business.here im talking about these volumes : 40/50 btc per month..just let me know if you have any suggestion..luxembourg,andorra etc etc its dead..they dont want a piece of the bitcoin money
