Make sure if you transfer USDT (BSC or BEP20) and stay in kucoins using the same network. In Kucoin, choose USDT, of course with the BSC network (bep20) then "Deposit". Of course if you check the TxID using bscscan it won't be visible. If you send to another network, let's say in this case your ETH, USDT will not enter or disappear because those are two different networks. This is the same as for other altcoins or stable coins, make sure you always match first to the same network.

withrdowal from bsc network( metamask) and deposited on mexc exchange through trx network address.

how's that possible? because it's an entirely different blockchain
I don't know Dear but it has transferred successfully .

Show it on the blockchain or it didn't happen. Cross-chain transactions typically require some form of intermediary to be executed.

If you transferred USDT from your Metamask wallet on the Binance Smart Chain (BNB network) to your KuCoin wallet on the Ethereum network (ETH20), it's possible that the transaction is still pending or it may have failed.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

Verify the transaction on the Binance Smart Chain Explorer - Check if the transaction shows up on the Binance Smart Chain explorer. You can do this by going to https://bscscan.com/ and searching for the transaction hash. If the transaction shows up as successful, then it means that the funds have been sent from your Metamask wallet.

Verify the transaction on the Ethereum Explorer - Once you have confirmed that the transaction was successful on the Binance Smart Chain, you should also check the Ethereum blockchain explorer to see if the funds have arrived in your KuCoin wallet. You can do this by going to https://etherscan.io/ and searching for the transaction hash.

Check your KuCoin wallet - If the transaction shows up as successful on both blockchains, then check your KuCoin wallet to see if the USDT has been credited to your account. Make sure that you are checking the correct wallet address.

Contact KuCoin Support - If the USDT still hasn't arrived in your KuCoin wallet after checking the above steps, you should contact KuCoin support for assistance. Provide them with the transaction hash and any other relevant details to help them locate the transaction and resolve the issue.

Note: Always make sure that you are sending funds to the correct address and network. Cross-chain transactions can be complex and may require additional steps or fees. It's important to double-check all transaction details before confirming the transfer

on mexc exchange I have already got coin I want solution for kucoin, if you know please help.
and by the way I am not here to convince to you or someone, I have issue so I want help from you experienced guys.

Posting your TXID here would help us understand better but MetaMask shouldn't even accept a TRX address as a valid one when you're using the BSC network. You would get something like this instead:

https://i.imgur.com/JwOo4DN.png

As for your problem with Kucoin, then as I have mentioned before. You need to contact the support (or maybe ask them here as well[1]) and wait, there's no other way because you can't access your private keys with Kucoin.

and by the way my problem got solved , i have got usdt in my account by the help of kucoin customer support .

And you wanted to convince me that you actually receive it?

It's not real.

You can receive it but only after you send a support ticket to MEXC team and they approve it for you.

They have strong warnings for users too.

If possible or if you know the direct process of  Ethereum network address is accessible on every network with ease. It is only a matter of exporting the private key and importing it to the correct network, please let me know.

In your case, it is not possible. The exchange is the one who is able to control the key, not you. If you receive a token on the wrong network into a wallet you are in control, then the retrieval processes can be done with you. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

withrdowal from bsc network( metamask) and deposited on mexc exchange through trx network address.

Specifically for your case, sending on a wrong chain into an exchange, the only solution you can get is from the exchange support team. They are the ones who are able to recover your funds. If you already contacted them, whether on Kucoin or Mexc, they are the only hope. So just patiently wait, but be in mind, there might be a ToS that already govern this kind of scenario, so make sure they are willing to help you.

I have sent usdt to trx network on other exchange it is deposited from same bsc network on metamask at the same time .
that transaction got success.
Impossible!

I am sure with you that no exchange will credit USDT to your account if you send it on TRON network TRC20 to a receiving address on BSC or ERC20 chain. Simply it is impossible.

BSC and ERC20 chain uses a same mnemonic seed, private key but it is not applied for TRC20 chain.

very often when exchanges or similar services have to perform some additional action regarding a transaction, they require an additional fee for such a service. I did not check the amount you sent, but I hope that the compensation for their help will not exceed the value of the transaction.
In the past, some exchanges (not all) support for deposit to a wrong chain but they charge very expensive support fee like $1000.

Example is Bittrex with support fee is $1000 (cross-chain deposit recovery) to $2500 (Unsupported ERC20 token recovery)
Bittrex deposit recovery policy

From Kucoin guide article, I did not see they mention about support fee so likely if possible, they don't charge any fee for case they can support their users.

both are my account withdrawal and recipient .
I know but you use your Metamask as a sender and Kucoin account as a receiver.

Bad news is with Metamask wallet, you have its mnemonic seed then private key and you can import it to access to any chain supports by Metamask like ERC-20, BSC (Binance Smart Chain), and more.

With Kucoin account, you don't have its seed and private key, then your only chance is waiting for their support. You can not use your public key to import it to another chain. Kucoin owns that wallet private key, not you.

You are thinking wrongly here.

You are using an exchange, use the public address that exchange credits to your account and gives it to you. You don't have private key/ mnemonic seed of that public address. Hence you are unable to use its private key to import that wallet on other chains. It is one of risk when you use public address as your receiving address in online account.

Many altcoin blockchain started with ERC20 so their address is exactly Ethereum ERC20 address. Very few of them built their own chain with unique format for public address since beginning. It is confusing for newbies.

I am sorry to say but your USDT are now lost. ERC20 uses Ethereum blockchain. In place of ERC20 wallet on Kucoin you should have used the BEP20. Which by the way at the moment shows unavailable.

As previously stated by OmegaStarScream, there is still a chance to recover his lost coins. KuCoin has established protocols for retrieving coins that have been mistakenly transferred to the wrong network, which is the current situation. The OP should carefully read and adhere to the guidelines outlined in the following link: What Should I Do If Deposit Wrong Crypto?

Step 1. Collect the following information.
(1) Your KuCoin UID and registered email address or phone number.
(2) The name and the amount of the coins you deposited.
(3) The TXID of the transaction.
(4)  The screenshot of the transfer record from the withdrawal platform.

Ensure that the TXID, coin type, amount, and address are shown on the screenshot.
If you deposited from a private wallet such as MEW, provide a screenshot of your account address.

Step 2. Submit a request to the KuCoin Support team and provide the information collected.
I have done this process they are asking time certain days.

When you contact Kucoin, do not accept the answer that "assets can not be retrieved if they are not sent to the correct network". Tell them that you are aware that an Ethereum network address is accessible on every network with ease. It is only a matter of exporting the private key and importing it to the correct network. Badger them profusely until you get your funds back. Do not accept that they are lost.

Good luck and next time please be more careful.

You transferred USDT from one blockchain (BEP20) to another blockchain ERC20. ERC20 is an Ethereum blockchain. It is not possible to transfer directly, only by exchanging through a bridge or some exchanger. You can forget about your USDT.

The reason why Op has not seen his transaction in his wallet his because kucoin suspended BEP20 for usdt assuming it was other tokens Op would have been his transaction because both ERC20 and BEP20 are the same in kucoin(I checked for busd and some other tokens).

So technically it was not because he transferred from one blockchian to another, and with replies, I have seen and read so far there's still hope that he'll receive his Usdt back so it's still too early for him to give up on his coin.

Such transactions will not be credited to your KuCoin account. Please contact our online support for further assistance.

Based on this you need to contact the Kucoin support for further assistance, but don't hope too much because this kind mistake mostly the coin is gone since it's not their fault, but yours.

Although BSC network address and ETH network address is same, if you're send to the exchange, they might using a difference receive address. If you send to non custodial wallet, it should be fine.

You sent it to an exchange, you need to contact the exchange, OmegaStarScream give you the right thing to do. Supposing you sent it to your noncustodial wallet, it is your seed phrase or priivate key, you would have seen the coin, or would have been told to import the seed phrase or private key to a wallet that support the network that you sent it to and you would have seen your coin easily and be able to spend. The seed phrase or the private key belongs to Kucoin, Kucoin has your USDT with them.

On Kucoin, BSC is suspended, if not that it is suspended, it wouldn't have been like this. You can check this which I take from Kucoin USDT network withdraw list. The network supported:

I saw BNB to be suspended, probably if no more suspended, he should see his coin. But the best he can now is to contact Kucoin customer care, they may help.

I think you made a mistake regarding this if you are on a binance network the reciever should be in bep20 network also
if you are in an erc20 network or what we call ethereum network  you should select erc20/eth network, or else it will not be received and lost

best way is to contact them, i have a friend who deposit with the wrong network and the exchange return the money, but it takes like almost a month,
the event happen in binance, so i don't know if kucoin will help you with that,
Note: it is important to look and double check what network you are using and make sure the receiving end is the same.

Try contacting the support of kucoin I guess your mistake might have been from using the ERC-20 address for Bsc tokens, most exchanges have different address for different networks. Use your transaction hx and contact their support team.

Check through your wallet, the money have already left your deposited address into their account which is a normal process by centralized exchanges. But since it has not reflected on your balance you will need to contact them.

ERC-20 is Ethereum's network and not Binance's. That's why it's not showing.

The only way to retrieve the funds is:

- You can reach out to the exchange and ask to recover the funds for you: https://www.kucoin.com/support/900006117646

- Wait until Kucoin fix their problems with BSC network. I can see that BSC is listed when you try to withdraw or deposit USDT. It's just unavailable at the moment.
