I agree Matt. Although I've never been involved with martial arts (specifically), I do think that there's a danger that office life can lead to too much sitting. Encouraging exercise must be a good thing  Smiley

hey,

I think when you're sitting a lot on the computer and work on your network to find people for a good network,
you should have a hobby where you're moving instead of sitting ^^
I always loved martial arts so i think i'm starting with this.

Found a martial arts website with a interesting overview where i easy
found my favourite martial arts.

I'm definetely starting kicking some butts with bruce lee's jeet kune do
