Thanks!

OP you did a good job, can you tell us something more?  How exactly does the swap work?  Something like uniswap on Ethereum?  What plans do you have for the future?  Another point I would like to elaborate on is this: who provides btc liquidity?  That is, if I place an order for an exchange with Monero who is supplying Bitcoin?

- The swap works by the matching engine on the website.
- There is nothing like uniswap on Ethereum.
- Plans for the future will depend on usage and user demand.
- I will personally add a market making bot in the near future.
- Hopefully there will be other market makers who use the site.

Greetings!

Firstly, let me say that I hope you have had a pleasant 2022 and I wish everybody a prosperous new year.

Now on to the announcement: I have recently built a simple open-source cryptocurrency exchange.

It is designed for trading developers.

At the moment the only cryptocurrencies listed on the exchange are Bitcoin and Monero.

Please feel welcome to visit the site at https://tradeapi.net/

TradeAPI.net is a cryptocurrency exchange platform that allows users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin. The platform claims to be open-source and aims to provide a simple and easy-to-use interface for buying and selling cryptocurrencies. It is important to note that using a cryptocurrency exchange carries risks, and it is important for users to thoroughly research and carefully consider the risks before using any exchange. It is also important for users to carefully evaluate the security measures in place to protect their funds and personal information. Users should also be aware of the potential for scams and fraud in the cryptocurrency space.

Jack,
This is awesome work and a good start. Something I'm very interested in. I know there are some open source exchanges out there already, but nothing
I can find under currently active development/improvement. Is this something you will continue working on well into the future? Count me in if so.

Thank you for your interest in my service and for wishing me luck.

Yes, I agree with you, monero and bitcoin is enough to serve the purpose. I have removed the ability to add new markets from the site based on your feedback.

To answer your question, my site is very simple plain html, it should work with any browser. It's not responsive.

I'm surprised you can see a blank page only, the host has been running since I made this thread.

Here's what I see with my browser:

Is your site responsive? I can see a blank page only there & I guess the site isn't ready yet. make sure to complete the site before you launch or if you are looking for reviews before that. I guess you should post it service announcement board as I said in your other thread.
Well, it's great to see such a site including Monero & Bitcoin only which clearly serves the purpose. It's going tobe interesting I guess. Good luck.
