I can only ship this within Canada due to the size and weight of the heatsinks.
You can pick up in Toronto for $20 cash or if it needs shipping expect around $15+
I can also remove the heatsinks if buy wants to reduce weight. In that case about $10 shipping.
Please make sure you actually have a defective hashing board, I have seen some of these where it was the controller that was faulty.
