Cheesy I just got some from my pharmacy and holy crap it does make a difference, I'm probably going to need two doses though because it's still not completely gone but it's much better now for sure!

yeah that's it. fixed the link.

You take two squirts in the morning and the same again in the evening before bed. That way it works overnight too. I'm down to just one squirt in the mornings only now as that keeps me topped up.

The big plus is it doesn't interfere with anti-histamines so it's safe to use with them. Give it a try, I did after my wife forced me to last year. (I used to hate the nasal sprays as a kid so steered clear of them since!) Now I'm glad she did bully me into trying it as it's made such a difference!

You mean this? http://www.boots.com/en/Beconase-Hayfever-Relief-Nasal-Spray-for-Adults-100-Sprays_8312/

Your link was broken Cheesy Also to be fair, it's not when I'm awake that's the problem, once I take some tablets I'm normally fine, it's waking up that's the issue because the hayfever is so bad right now, I can't take anything while I'm asleep so I think the only sensible thing I can do is make sure I only make appointments in the afternoon when it's summer, I may end up trying that stuff though if it works.

Jam this stuff up your nose twice a day and you'll feel a lot better.

I started using it last year along side my normal anti-histamines and what a difference. Now the weather doesn't affect me at all. I may be a little sneezy in the mornings on real bad days, but otherwise it's business as usual!

One tip, if you can stand it, avoid alcohol and excess dairy during the hayfever season. Alcohol will nullify the effects of the anti-histamine and dairy makes you more snotty.

That's my experience of living with the nightmare of hayfever for the last 39 years.

So much so that I missed my art lesson

Yeah, about that. I wanted to talk to you about that.

We have a small problem here: http://s1134.photobucket.com/user/Lethn/media/FigureSketch4copy.jpg.html?sort=3&o=396

The human body doesn't work like that.
