Nope, it is impossible + and you sent using blockchain.info wallet, it means that they instantly put that transaction in to a block (they dont work as an exchange, trying to get some imputs)

And no, all the bitcoin transactions are not refundable, that is the main reason of why a lot of people are in love with cryptos, and the same happens with those scammers, they are happy too because they  do not leave a trace under their shoes.

But for example, in poloniex or in bittrex, you are able to cancel a transaction because they use to include all the transactions after a new block, usually every ten minutes or five.

Can you give us the transaction ID? I think you can't recover what you send from blockchain..
If you have a delay transaction better to use some services that can accelerate your transaction..
Like this one signup here https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm?m=savePrioritiseTx
And use that link and put your transaction ID its should be accelerated in few hours your transaction could confirm..

What wallet was the transaction sent with? If it was sent by a wallet but never included in a block it is likely that it will eventually be dropped by the network and the wallet should be able to provide you access to sending the coins again.
