-Registered back in 1987 to a single owner (large aerospace firm)
-IP's have a clean background with ownership to an Aerospace firm (no blacklisted addresses, etc)
-No LSA or LRSA agreements (No rights usage oversight)
-Escrow is a requirement for the transfer
-Sale (not a lease) for the full subnet, not a partial sale for smaller blocks.
