You're right, CMC and other listings are almost free and it is for normal projects.
something completely different is for shity projects, they must pay many things to get to the listing. for them, this service makes a lot of sense.

CMC listings are always free and shill bots /buying followers is the absolute worst thing you can do for marketing your project.

These services sound like BULLSHIT to me.
