as long as it's untouched, backed-up while Bitcoin Core isn't running and you've set the same settings as before, it should use that data directory and start where you left it.

But it's hard to answer yes since we don't know your previous setup and settings.

My previous setup and settings stay the same as before, the only difference is that i reinstalled my system and bitcoin-qt will run for the first time.

Finally I click OK and is doing like you said, is reading and the progress is 99.69%. So it begins where i left the last time.

If re-index already in progress, all you could do is wait until it's done.

If you choose custom data directory and point it to directory which already contain blockchain files, Bitcoin Core should resume sync (since last time you run Bitcoin Core) rather than download from beginning.

So if I click OK my data won't be erased despite of message on welcome windows? I know that the second time you run this welcome window not appear anymore

That message in the Welcome Screen is always there whether you have a backup or not.

The question is, are the contents of mnt/61CCC2CO311E1DCA/Bitcoin the data directory or just the Bitcoin Core binary?
Because usually, the datadir starts with a lowercase "b" instead of uppercase "B".
Also, if your old setup is "pruned", you'll have to set the new setup to prune with the correct size.

To be sure check if it contains a "blocks" folder, if it's there, check the contents if it reaches 500GB+ of data.
Also check if there's a "bin" folder inside it.

You need to keep the exact data directory so that Bitcoin Core can "see" that there's nothing changed.
"Exact" as in including the wallet.dat files and other files in it, not just the blockchain or Bitcoin Core.

For example: if you're using the default data directory, paste the old "bitcoin" folder into the same directory and Bitcoin should just continue to reach the tip without a reindex.
If you've set a custom datadir in the GUI before: in the "Welcome Screen", point to the directory where the "bitcoin" folder is pasted.

So the welcome GUI is not very clear on that you said, i am afraid to loose all and download again. The screenshot that i have said the following:

Your full node should validate all the blockchain data before you can utilize it in your financial transactions; otherwise, the trust part is not eliminated, and we merely recreate the banking system with all its shortcomings. That is the whole point of bitcoin: you either can independently verify the state of the network, check all incoming and outgoing transactions and make sure there are no dishonest double spends or the thingy you are looking at is not a decentralized electronic cash system that no one can control or hack into. Of course, if you are not comfortable with the slow speed of validation, nothing can stop you from trying to speed it up. To decrease the amount of time that is needed to make full validation or other costly operation such as reindexing, you can simply move part of your files to a faster storage device, namely a solid state drive (SSD). I did reinstall bitcoin core on past and have back up bitcoin core on external disk, I don't have problem to continue it and download some blockchain left. So if you have problem reindex or got error, maybe that msising something, better to back up all bitcon folder, not only blocchain folder.

I don't think there is a way to directly load the blockchain without reindexing It is required to reindex to rebuild blockchain data and to check some corrupted files and re-downloaded them.
Without reindexing, you might get some issues using your node like missing transactions, etc.

However, if you want to speed up reindexing there is a way like switching to SSD it can improve reindex speed process compared to HDD.

I have already a full node. But now I reinstalled my system and installed bitcoin-core GUI again.
In the past i notice that when you reinstall bitcoin-core GUI it wipe all your node and begin again to download for several days( Angry

).
Recently before reinstalling my system i found a command that tell bitcoin-core to reindex locally (a lot of time too)

Now, there is a way that bitcoin-core read directly without a reindexing all please?
