$0.5 per additional IP4 address - up to 4 addresses per VPS (first IP4 is included)
You can choose from the following OS-Images for free:
CentOS 6.7 64 Bit
CentOS 7 64 Bit
Debian 8 64 Bit
Docker 64 Bit
FreeBSD 10.1 64 Bit
Ubuntu 14.4.1 LTS 64 Bit
The following OS-Images are an additional $0.5 per month:
Windows Server 2012 R2 **unactivated** (+$1 per month for activated Windows)
So for example you can choose the following Options:

If you choose Windows Server 2012 R2 **unactivated** the Server will terminate itself every few hours. You will Need an own activation key to make it running.

**If you choose to buy additional IP addresses you have to know how to use/assign them. I will give no tutorials**

-Any illegal activities
-Mining
Running traffic exchanges or jingling is allowed
