I just received a full BTC refund
I placed an order on March 4th, and never received the package or, as later promised by the website operator, a full BTC refund.

03/04/2014 : order placed, and payment confirmed
03/24/2014 : request for a tracking code as I hadn't received any
03/25/2014 : reply of the operator with a USPS tracking code
03/27/2014 : tracking code finally works on USPS.com ; but it's only Electronic Shipping Info and not tied to any real package yet
04/10/2014 : USPS tracking code is still stuck at step one (waiting to be linked to an actual package); website operator promises a full BTC refund as he doesn't know what happened with the package
04/11/2014 : sent a BTC address in order to receive refund
04/22/2014 : no refund received, another email sent to the website operator
today :still no reply from the website operator
today : received a full BTC refund
trivia : I used the GOXED promo-code that was advertised here, looks like I was asking for it
