from what i have read, you are planning to run a bitcoin lottery game. this kinds of games belong to the gambling section of the forum and you need to put a max amount on a trusted Escrow so that people would can trust you and pay at your game.
if by mod you mean somebody that handles the game, advertising, winners, payment you need to make a post on the services section to "hire" somebody to do this for you,

So ifi get escrow i can basically run the game on this forum but they will hold the betted bitcoins and create results...i will just let them know who to pay out how much. Is that possible?
so a user have to pay some amount in order to join your game? if so, many users already have that game opened here but no one wants it :/ maybe its better to create new type of game instead of lottery like one

then where do you come into the picture? if you do that then the escrow service wll be completely running the game as a volunteer service, which would be a waste of their time. in addition, what reason is there for people to play a manual forum game lottery when there are already existing, faster lottery platforms available?

btw non profit..im assuming you need an escrow service for this; however, there are already fair bitcoin lottery games in the gambling section, your idea isnt anything new or special. in addition, this game could easily be rigged as there is no provably fair system implemented to decide the winner. in the case you hand the drawing rights over to this trusted person, they would be running the lottery completely. the idea imo is flawed.
Yea I would agree it would go in games and gambling. This is not something new that needs a mod.
You will need a escrow that is trusted as you are new. And also a escrow keeps it where you don't pick winners you want.
This is really a lotto, not a game. But you can do it and I'm sure if good enough prize people will do it as free.

I didnt say it was new or special and this game was just an example but i do see your point. I didnt think of the point that i could be the one cheating

Can you tell us more about the situation? There are mods and admins but I have no idea who you should contact with it so vague.
And you might honestly need to post in meta and let them read it there. I doubt the site does a forum wide "game". But it's hard to tell from little info.
