Can't make this shit up.

We've been discussing it for a long time already that all our withdrawals are made according to the casino wallet refill, there is no BTC bankroll for now. So the time of your 10 BTC withdrawal for example can't be scheduled somehow. As a rule such sums are paid in parts as it happens now with our 17 btc winner.

They sell their share for tokens on exchanges, which is the action against the law, their site has a few customers, only a few people were scammed by them.

They just responded, confirming that they are indeed a ponzi scheme.

Hello,

I am who won 17 BTC on last October.
I'd like to report here that my cashout of 17 BTC has not been completed yet.

The reason they explained is:

>The thing is that casino wallet is almost empty for now and some time can
>be required to refill it and proceed with your cashout. So you are also
>interested to bring your friends to casino Smiley.

Be careful.
They don't have enough money to pay for your winning.

I have waited patiently and have talked with them over and over so far,
but now I am disappointed with their response.
That is why I inform you guys despite being disadvantageous to me.

I'm really worried that they don't pay to me.

I will keep reporting here until my cashout is completed.

I'm not trying to defend this site, but why you come here after more than 3months to tell about your issue? Indeed I also feel something bad on this casino, you should provide more valid proofs and start a scam acussations so OP will get negative trust to warn others.

I don't want to lower their reputation FOR NOW because it also lower the possibility to complete my cashout.
This is just a warning against this casino.
If they don't complete the payment any longer, I'll start accusations.

The reason I came here after long time is that I had trusted them at first.
They've paid a part of my winning.

I can provide screenshots and mail history, but I'm gonna wait their response at first.

Hello,

sorry for making you wait with the answer.

1) As stated in the rules, see Point 17, All withdrawals are paid according to the FUN-CASINO wallet refill. In case there are insufficient funds for the cashouts, players should wait until the wallet will be refilled.

2) The payments to this player were sent in parts according the casino wallet refill (see the point 1). And they are still sent.

3) Please, READ attentively all the Terms&Conditions before starting to play in a particular casino. Because once you start playing, you automatically agree with everything stated in its Terms and need to follow them.

So your concerns in this case are not reasonable because FUN-CASINO behaves according to its Rules and despite the fact payments may delay they are still made.

It is not about the Casino not paying to its players but about the players not reading the casino rules before starting to play.

Let's follow the rules and respect each other not leaving negative references specially if they are not reasonable ones.

Yup, this was very visible since the start of his "FUNC" investment option, with faulty and faked revenue calculations!

If a casino operator claims that he would pay revenue losses from his pocket, but share revenue winnings with the investors, then you should run fast, very fast!

I already warned since July 2016 about this scam, so it was at least avoidable...  Smiley

I've been critical of fun-casino.com for almost a year now.  They are a soft-swiss casino that promoted themselves for a while as fully decentralized and provably fair.  They also have been trying to get players to invest by purchasing "func tokens" and pay out dividends based on their weekly profit.  They have been sharing their gross winnings/losses but have been refusing to share basic financial data like total deposits, winnings, bonuses, withdrawals etc.

In late October they announced someone had won 17 BTC, putting them in the red for several weeks (months?) before recovering.

A couple days ago, the player came forward and claimed that they still had not been paid, almost 4 months later.

Below are some of the relevant posts from their official thread.  (Some of them are from this week, some from last October)

hey,

so how much of that 17 btc came out of funcasinos pocket?
If you mean who is responsible for the payment made so it's only fun-casino, we pay from our pocket!

fun-casino has posted in the thread (promotional material) since this user made their claim but chosen to ignore it.
