Winklecoin? Is this some crappy alt or are you just talking about their fund? I don't see how it will be a 'game changer' though. Can you explain?
Easier question is, will it launch this year at all? Here's a bet on it:

As with anyone anticipating this potential game changer it might be a fun challenge to predict the date that the ETF is finally approved.
This isn't about technicalities or who knows more about the process... simply guessing the date for bragging rights.
