I don't get it. For the lottery it's 0% house edge? So how do you make money on it? Is it only 0% house edge for a limited time or is that forever?

Same could be done with coin flip (btw, 198% is not double your money) if you see someone consistently betting on tails. Your lottery might be bugged as the list shows that all 5 players in the last 10+ draws won, which seems unlikely.
