I received a reply from [email protected] this morning and was told that they will not process PTS deposits until it "accumulates to 0.5". I don't see these limits posted on their website anywhere, but I was glad to receive a reply.

So, if you have coins missing, you just might be below some unlisted deposit threshold that they have.

I had a similar problem some weeks ago...

I wasnt able to get any answer on this from bter, but my coins turned up the next day (about 15 hours later).

I'm having a similar problem, albeit on a smaller scale; I'm missing 0.2 Protoshares. I was mining PTS on the beeeeer.org pool and used an address at BTER for my payout. Almost 72 hours later and the coins are not deposited in to my account.

I've transferred PTS there before without issue. Not sure what's going on now, but they didn't even answer either of the emails I sent to their support address. There's no excuse for screwing up deposits no matter how small. Kind of a joke.

I depostied 166.4 MMC in my bter account. In my wallet it is showing that transaction has been confirmed strongly but funds have not been credited in my bter account.
It has been more than 8 hours but still no funds in my bter account.
I have sent an emial to them but I have heard they don't reply to support ticket Sad

I know user: freeworm represent bter here. I am newbie so can't pm him.

It will be very appreciated if someone can PM @freeworm about this problem at my behalf.
