It's been almost a week since OP opened this thread and was last active on the forum. He obviously doesn't want to continue this discussion. That could mean that he either figured out what is wrong and got it fixed, or he realized his mistakes and came to terms with the loss of coins. Either way, it makes no sense trying to help someone who keeps quiet and doesn't want to continue the discussion to resolve this matter.

Op are you sure that the receiver is making use of Electrum wallet? I'm asking because his wallet may not support the network you sent the funds with. This is the primary reason why funds don't appear even after 2 weeks.

So, try and verify that the receiver's wallet supports your network. If not ask him/her to import their wallet to another wallet that supports your network.

Then they should integrate the token and add the network into the wallet, by doing so the funds will appear.

This is a Bitcoin transaction, and both addresses are BTC addresses (native SegWit), the transaction is confirmed and there is no mystery. You are implying here that the OP sent some token using the x chain, and that the recipient's wallet uses the y chain - which makes no sense.

As other members have already explained, the OP has fallen victim to clipboard malware, the recipient has problems with wallet sync (unlikely), or it's just a classic scam.

Then use 'search' (CTRL+F) and paste the receiving address to see if it will appear in the address list.
I don't think bc1qn379.... is OP's own address.

The address has already received 51 transactions. It has received 14 transactions only in the past 24 hours.
If the address was owned by OP, he/she wouldn't have sent any more fund to it.

My guess is that OP has been scammed.

Mine is bc1qx8spcg and the receiving one is bc1qn379, the receiving one is not showing any funds in it.
Open the 'Addresses' tab of the "receiving one" ("View->Show addresses" to enable the tab).
Then use 'search' (CTRL+F) and paste the receiving address to see if it will appear in the address list.
If not, you've sent it somewhere else.
If it's there, the wallet may not be properly connected to a server.

I sent a Payment from one electrum Wallet to another, it's been about 24Hours soon and the payment has not yet to show up on the receiving end, anyone know why ?
Check the receiver's address and compare the address using any explorer with tx ID.
The transaction is confirmed, so if you send, the money either with receiver or reaches someone else, but it has moved from your wallet to another wallet.

If you confirm that the transaction has reached the correct address, the second party is trying to scam you by claiming that he did not receive the money.

As stated by NeuroticFish, although you have hidden a part of your address and the transaction ID, it's still possible to find the transaction.
I could find your tranaction in the blockchain. Due to your privacy, I don't share it here.

The receiving address (bc1qn379....) has already received 39 transactions and it's still receiving transactions.

Are you sure you sent the fund to the correct address?
It's possible that you sent the fund to a scammer.

You can check on blockchain explorer if your receiving address had some outgoing transactions or not, but I hope you do understand that you need to have wallet fully synced to show correct coin balance.
You never said what wallet you used and other members asked you that question previously, is it Electrum or not.
Nobody can help you more if you don't post your full transaction or addresses here.

I sent a Payment from one electrum Wallet to another

What do you mean by another? Another Electrum wallet which owned by you? To another people/service/website?

It has at least 118 confirmation, so any decent wallet/service should already show this transaction.

Mine is bc1qx8spcg and the receiving one is bc1qn379, the receiving one is not showing any funds in it.

Hi

Please se the image bellow.

1. Your strategy to hide info makes it hard for us to understand where the problem is, but it's not well hidden and if one wants to find out source address, recipient address and everything - it can be done with the info still on that picture.

2. I see it has 118 confirmations. I'd start with checking the recipient address if it's exactly what's expected, since clipboard malware may "help" you send to unexpected addresses.
Then you should see if the recipient did check correctly (is it you? is the wallet properly connected to a node and synced?) and if you check the recipient address on a block explorer (blockchair.com, memplool.space) you can see for yourself whether the money is there. Also the recipient may be hacked or lying. The transaction history for that address should tell the story, but since you didn't post the address, you'll have to check for yourself.
