One question, how can I convert BTH to BTC, as I should make a payment in BTC thank you very much
Again... it's NOT BTH... it's BCH... (or ETH, but there is no way ETH would show up in Electron Cash)... Please make sure that you're using the correct abbreviations to avoid confusion.

As for how to get from BCH to BTC... you'll need to send your BCH to an Exchange (Poloniex, BitMex, Binance etc)... and convert it to BTC and then send the coins to wherever you need. BUT... I would advise that you triple check the fees involved when using exchanges... a lot of them have fixed withdrawal fees which are simply ridiculous with today's value of BTC... (ie. 0.00050000 BTC withdrawal fees that's ~US$25!!?! Shocked Shocked Shocked)

Other options are the "instaswap" services like changelly and shapeshift etc... again, be wary of fees.

You can use FTX exchange.

FTX is KYC free, and you can withdrawal BTC for free. They cover miners fee and there is no withdrawal fee

There are no deposit fees.  There are no withdrawal fees.

I have used their service and had no problems so far.

Just sell it at an exchanger that supports these coins.
I don't know whether bitcoin.com facilitates the exchange of these coins or not.

Perhaps the exchangers listed in the following link can help you convert BTH to BTC:

Everything ok I solved the problem by downloading ELECTRUM CASH, and inserting my seed, and I found the transaction immediately, I am very happy.
Now I have sent back the BTH on the bitcoin.com app.

I found the app from bitcoin.com.
And from the app I sent the BTH to electrum

Are you talking about BTH as Bithereum? It's a shitcoin and if you sent that coin to Bitcoin Electrum then you won't receive anything.
They have their own specific wallet for Bithereum and I think this link below should be the right Electrum for BTH.

Code:

You should check carefully if what coin you are trying to send.

Can you clarify this "smarphone bitcoin app to electrum" What exactly the smartphone bitcoin app? So that we know where that BTH come from and we can tell if it's altcoin or not.

It is bch.

You need to download a bch wallet  which is Electrum Cash

Did you save your seed of electrum wallet,, which you send your coins to?

Download electrum cash wallet , restore your wallet from your seed there. Then you will see your funds.

I think the name is electron cash? I dont know the name exactly,  as it is not bitcoin and I have never dealt with bch

hi today I sent funds from the smarphone bitcoin app to electrum, I chose BTH, ........
First of all, there's no coin called BTH.
We have BTC (Bitcoin) and BCH (Bitcoin Cash).

What was the application you used?
Didn't you download the application from bitcoin.com?
Bitcoin.com trick newbies and sell the fake bitcoin (bitcoin cash) to them instead of bitcoin.

If you have sent BCH to electrum (as mentioned by NeuroticFish above), download Electron Cash from its official website and import your wallet into electrum.

If you know the address, get its private key and import it into electron cash.
Electrum's seed is recognized by Electron Cash. So, it's possible to import the wallet using the seed phrase too.

BCH is not bitcoin. If you have sent BCH, Electrum will not see it, since Electrum is for bitcoin.

If you know the address, get its private key and import it into electron cash.

LE. If you meant BTC and not BCH, then possibly your tx is not confirmed, maybe you can post the tx id so we know more
