@codru39 Hi
Are you telling you have not got a single reply since 10 days?  Shocked I am glad I stopped to promote this wallet long ago. After reading several complaints I knew it won't last long. I was hoping to be wrong but when I see people like you I wasn't wrong apparently.

Sorry bro. But it looks more and more that bit.ac has become a scam webwallet service. It was not always like this before but like anything in Bitcoin, anything can happen. Consider all your coins stored there as lost.

I thought BIT.AC was trusted wallet service. What has happened to them? I'm seeing a lot of issues being raised about them? Initially, then have a signature campaign here that was managed by no less than Yahoo himself. But it was like a weekly campaign. So I'm assuming since the campaign has no longer existed, BIT.AC cannot be trusted anymore. Was really interested to used their service, however I decided to used Exodus though. And regarding your coins, yeah it could be lost as they are not responding to any support tickets. So sorry dude.

Thats the risk you take for trusting a 3rd party. Sooner or later they will sometimes become unprofitable and the owners could decide to run with other people's coins if they become desperate. Mtgox the largest and most trusted BTC exchange became a scam too.
Well, nothing on this world do last forever and there would really be a time on where those services or sites will anytime go become shady and become scam. I have heard already this BIT.AC issues way back before until now it isnt resolved. Have you tried to contact Admin on this bitcointalk forum? They do usually respond on the problems on here. Try to search him and might give you some enlightenment.

Well, this is something which I haven't yet done. I will give it a try, thanks for the suggestion.
As I mentioned in another post, I have found new advertisement for BIT.AC on some bitcoin-related sites, so new people might get in this trap, like us.

Bit.ac is shady site.  Undecided
Looks like they have turned shady recently or they might be having some technical issues. However its better to avoid them for time being. I am using jaxx right now to store my alts while bittrex exchange to store xrp. BIT.AC don't give full access to your wallets so you can't do anything other than waiting for their response.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
Sorry to hear about your problem but there are too many people already have bad experienced about this websites and I dunno if how many threads already are made on this board, and I dunno if their problem with bitac solved already after sending support tickets.  Hoping they will respond your ticket there.

Unfortunately, nothing much you can do other than keeping emailing them and/or sending a message in the forum. And of course stop using this website, until the problems are resolved. Give them at least 24 hours to reply to your support ticket, as it's not a company over staffed I guess. It's never funny when you lose money, I hope your problem will be fixed asap. You can also find some recent complaints from members here, you may find a hint. Good luck still Sad

Hi, One of my accounts(XRP) in BIT.AC wallet is not showing the real balance. It shows 0.
The transaction history records for this account is also missing.

I created a new XRP account and sent money to it. But it shows still 0 as balance.

The technical support doesn't answer. The user bitac is also not answering to PMs.

I still can see the correct balance on that address using an external address browser - but not in my wallet!
So a pretty good amount of funds are in fact not available for me.

Anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions?
Regards.
