Hi folks.

I used http://fundsend.com with a gambling website today, that wasn't bitcoin related at all and it was just a matter of inputting information of my visa card and then using the 'secure payment' feature of my bank, where I had to input a code sent to my phone through sms.

Anyway, since this site claims to send funds to any bank account from your credit or debit card, it might be worth a shot for those wanting to buy bitcoins with their card. I'm not sure if they would be thrilled if you deposited directly to an exchange's account. But if you went smart about it and either made yourself a second bank account, and then transferred off your credit card to that account, and then from there to an exchange or a trader, that should work, and I think also a direct transfer to a trader could work, then of course you needed to trust each other, and the seller always had the risk of the buyer using a stolen card.

I haven't registered with their site, as I didn't need to to use the gambling site that I used, so I don't know anything about their AML/KYC rules, or how exactly this works in practise, but for those looking to get bitcoins and only having a VISA or MASTERCARD, this might be a way to do so.

So the steps would be:

1. Use debit or credit card and deposit money to a bank account.
2. Either the owner of that bank account can transfer bitcoins directly to you, or the money needs to be transferred to a third party before you get your coins.

When dealing with the service, I'm not sure if stating that you want to buy bitcoins from someone else is the best way to go about it. But if you're stealthy about it, this could be a working solution. Since the gambling site I was depositing to is a major site, I assume fundsend.com can be trusted, but do your own due diligence. Perhaps even some brave souls are willing to set up a service using this provider, if they accept that.

Please report back to this thread if you tried this and report whether you were able to get bitcoins or not.

PS: I'm fully aware of the reversibility of debit/credit-card purchases and you should absolutely not buy bitcoins for money you cannot afford to lose and this whole method would probably be against their TOS as well (I haven't asked). But since this service exists, I thought I would tell the community about it.
