Maybe for the not crypto users that is why they added paypal.

I'm curious if the traffic exchange will accept subdomain websites like blogspot.com after all I can insert an ad in the side bars of the page and also its crypto related page for the articles posted. for a month I can see I have about 250 unique visits which is probably good enough for a blogger page that is only marketed on youtube.

This is the proof that this is a fake service.
I have checked the website and found nothing specific on how the withdraw can be proceeded using PayPal. Maybe op doesn't know that this can't be a feature as it can put users in significant troubles with their PP if they believe what he claims to offer.
Seems the website is designed and managed by one person (probably op) and there is no real team behind it.
99% of new projects promoted by new accounts i have seen during the last few years are either fake or fake.

I think you need to redesign your site to be attractive and then you can ask others to promote them.
You talked about the conversion option, but I don't see any option for that. Can the money be withdrawn by PayPal? Is this not contrary to PayPal TOS ?
