Anyway, I think they are so lazy to code a new website then it leads to this funny case.
Unfortunately, this is not a 12-year-old learning web development, nor it's funny for that matter. In fact, those are well-prepared crooks with another premine scam project. All they do is sell masternodes over discord channels and then disappear. You can see that they offer a swap 20:1 KCTIERS -> OCTPS.

I'm pretty sure they know what they're doing. They know it's a troll project and everyone around knows the actors. If you see the details mentioned on their roadmap, you'd probably conclude it's a 12-year-old trying to learn web development. This is not a project, this is W3_Schools tutorial site for a soon to become scammer.
