Pretty possible. Though there will most probably be always workarounds because there will always be websites outside of certain legislations where you can deposit funds and withdrawed funds come from other addresses.
At least i think that wont stop.

Do you think that Bitcoin mixers will be made illegal? I could definitely see it happening in the U.S.

I don't think that it would be hard to convince a group of legislators that Bitcoin mixers exist solely as money-laundering tools. Within the next 10 or so years, it's possible that a large deposit to a mixer from an address that's legally documented as being yours will trigger some form of investigation, albeit light or unbeknownst to you. Or maybe I'm dead wrong; I'd like to hear what others think.
