FXCOIN  ICO - Bullshit & Scam Announcement

FXCOIN is a set of two  projects, with high likelihood launched to scam contributors.

www.fxcoi[Suspicious link removed]o - Bullshit
Russia-resided website from a guy Alex Uliashkin, how has only basic experience in blockchains, but already starts to build its our crypto-wallet - total bullshit!
No team, no experience, only greed to get money on ICO from contributors is in every presentation!
Actually nobody needs this 1001+ crypto-wallet from this newbie and nocoiner.

There is another website potentially interrelated with first one - www.fxcoin.uk.

www.fxcoin.uk - Scam
This website is designed to promote FXCoin ICO, which claims to be new decentralized payment system.
At the moment of this announcement, there is no whitepaper available on website, no movie clips with team members on Youtube (only cartoons posted), no announcement on this forum, however it claims that project has already raised several 5+mln(!), and ICO is on-going - all well-known traits of real scam project.

Beware these projects and ICOs!

Good afternoon, dear forum participants. I am Alexander Ulyashkin, the founder of the mobile wallet FXCoi[Suspicious link removed]o

I bring to your attention that we have never done and are not going to do ICO, we have done all the development of our wallet for our money, and we are now working on the territory of Russia, continuing to develop the project. The site fxcoin.uk is a real fake, we have nothing to do with it. I ask you to amend your post, and do not write incorrect information about our original project.

Дoбpый дeнь, yвaжaeмыe yчacтники фopyмa. Я - Уляшкин Aлeкcaндp, ocнoвaтeль мoбильнoгo кoшeлькa FXCoi[Suspicious link removed]o
Дoвoжy дo вaшeгo cвeдeния, чтo мы никoгдa нe дeлaли и нe coбиpaeмcя дeлaть ICO, вcю paзpaбoткy кoшeлькa cдeлaли зa cвoи дeньги, и paбoтaeм ceйчac нa тeppитopии Poccии, пpoдoлжaя paзвивaть пpoeкт. Caйт fxcoin.uk - нacтoящий фeйк, мы нe имeeм к нeмy никaкoгo oтнoшeния. Пpoшy внecти кoppeктивы в вaш пocт, и нe пиcaть пpo нaш opигинaльный пpoeкт epyндy.

It would be nice to see any restrictions imposed on people who want to advertise ICOs on bitcointalk. Something like a security deposit to make it more costly for project starters. But that might exclude those with good ideas who have not enough money. Tricky situation and hard to solve.
I have always wondered why newbie accounts are allowed to start up project ANN here. Before anybody will start up a project, he must have been a member of the community for a while, learning Blockchain technology and how he/she can better improve it. Even senior members of the forum hurriedly create newbie accounts to start new projects they know they can't see through but if restrictions are put  in place prohibiting lower account level members from making project ANNs, the level of scam being perpetrated in this community will reduce. When you remember that your name is at stake, you won't just start up a project you know you won't take serious or worst of all dump after innocent people has invested their hard earned money into it. Those with good ideas should liaise with senior members of the forum to embark on the project with.

That's not a good idea because sometimes people become aware of crypto just now and they get an idea for a really good ICO. Maybe they don't have a higher ranked account then, which would mean they can't launch an ANN for their ICO here according to your idea. Other ideas are necessary to prevent scammers from doing their criminal stuff here easily.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of such projects. When single people - beginners create projects. But, how do you feel about a dogecoin? It was also done by a single person enthusiast who created it for the sake of a joke.

If no white paper usually it’s a scam
it's easy to draft a whitepaper these days.

having a whitepaper doesn't really increase the chances of legit ICO's.
