Nothing on the ANN thread from other bitcointalk posters complaining about it being a scam, just unhappy investors seeing their badly invested funds go down the pan. $15m is a lot so it could be true that he has done a runner

What happened: many irregularities that occur in wallet transactions
starting from the planned burn token scheduled for January, but it didn't happen because CEO Patrix Liu had sold it.

then the advisor said he would lock the wallet with the highest number of tokens, but in reality they sent it to hotbit
