Hi guys, just wanted to let you know that there is a bitcoin colo opening in the southeast USA that actually has space available.  It's not mine and I have no relation to the company, but I did just set up there tonight.  I'm happy with what I saw so I told the owner I would mention it on the board here.

The site is not actually open until maybe January, but since the power and network are up I was able to weasel my way on to one of the racks early.  It's close to me so I arrived in person and was escorted by the owner and property manager, but I believe the typical arrangement would be that I ship to site and they do the setup themselves.  On that note - my setup was a breeze, they really knows their stuff and had everything waiting for me when I arrived.  Definitely plug and play - I was assigned my own VLAN/subnet so my units are network isolated from other units in the site, everything came up without a hitch.  I placed antminers and an avalon, but I did see a GPU rig down the way a bit so the place might be agnostic, I forgot to ask.

He says he doesn't post here much, but he's around on the board.  Maybe he will respond to specific questions, otherwise feel free to PM me your questions and I'll answer or forward what I can.  Just FYI.
