Meetings G20 look like the reasoning of a 90-year-old old man about how he plans to surf in a few years. It seems that people there do not know what they are discussing. It's a shame that people try to solve the fate of crypto, which has nothing to do with it.

G20 summit has been completed, and the results are also positive in my opinion, many countries that recognize Bitcoin. only one that prohibits, namely China. and my own country is neutral in the G20 meeting. but in fact the positive outcomes in the meetings of the major powers, are unable to keep up with the current price of coins. even now the price is getting lower.

I think whatever the outcome of Crypto discussion on the G20, has not been too influential for the short term, but some countries are beginning to consider taking a more serious approach by allowing crypto currencies to move, and this is a good thing for me at least.

Yes but, taxation will reduce our profit, in any case.
Besides, administering it is additional time/resource.

8. Tracking and KYC
There is still no consensus as to how or if crypto actives should be tracked or tagged so that it is possible to identify where they came from and where they are going. However, KYC and Digital Identity standards should be key points in the discussions.

So, DEXes will flourish additionally..
No big players want KYC and identification..
We already have identifiable banks..
KYC and Digital Identity are become priority now in some big exchanges now, there is still no consensus how this will going in future, as we already know one of reason people using Bitcoin are because the freedom it is.

The G20 meeting is expected to have a big negative impact on cryptocurrency markets.
The real G20, however, will feel that the current cryptocurrency market still does not need regulation.

I think any discussion about crypto from big players is a positive sign for cryptocurrencies, as these big players want to tax the cryptocurrencies and legalize them.

The G20 news has a significant impact to the behavioural pattern of cryptocurrencies prices in the decentralized markets.  It's a great fundamental tool which has made the prices of tokens to take a positive leap recently. Thank God for this wonderful news.
Since the G-20 summit, in principle, spoke positively about the Crypto-currency and there was information that its representatives were in favor of recognizing the Crypto-currency as a financial asset, this would have a positive effect on the Crypto-currency after July, when they will meet next time and will make a similar decision. In addition, after such a decision, one should expect that the majority of G20 countries recognize the crypto currency and it will start to be introduced into our life much more quickly.

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) - an international organization set up by the G20 countries for financial control - does not intend to create an international legal framework for the regulation of the crypto-currency market.
"The initial assessment of the FSB is that today crypto-currencies do not pose a risk to global financial stability"
The crypto-currency sector is a rapidly developing but still insignificant one that occupies less than 1% of world GDP, therefore it can not seriously affect the current financial system.
The bitcoin rate responded to this message with a take-off upwards of more than $ 1000 after Sunday's lows. Now bitcoin is trading around $ 8,400. Other crypto-currencies also rose appreciably.

I hope in the coming days we will get good news from this summit. The market needs a boost for growth! Judging by the fact that the attitude to crypto-currencies in many large states (for example, Germany) has changed in a positive way, we can hope for positive news!

Yes, I hope that also. I hope they will consider cryptocurrency as a way of helping the country to boost the economy. And that they will see cryptoworld not a threat but a tool to a better world. Let us hope for more investors here in our community. And there will be more ICOs offers. Let us hope and pray for this.

G-20 will make unattractive the cryptos due to hard regulations and certain bans. In fact, what they are going
sorry but i disagree. The real FACT!!! is that crypto has been used by big whales, investors, drug dealers, terrorist and many other people to do their business without a goverment controling it. Not even the police could track the money moved by those grups.

IF!!! you force big regulations towards making it impossible for the people mentioned to do their own shit, what will occur, and it definetely will, is that those big big investors will go another way, since they don't want to be controlled, paying taxes for crypto, and having a huge risk due to volatility.

Have you ever thought that what you consider as being "good" is actually bad???
even after the respected member give you a logical answer on your thoughts you still disagree  Grin but i wanna ask you a simple question, before cryptocurrencies being invented there were terrorists and money laundering weren't they?
or they were just waiting for cryptocurrencies to show up?!?! second part banks are corrupted even more  than crypto market and the reason why they hate crypto that there is  a big part of economics now (that's crypto market ) that they cannot control  i don't why know all this attack and i guess you are a supporter of cryptocurrencies but you are afraid of what will be
i wanna tell you something human being are smart and they always seek what's best for them there will come time when they will figure out that cryptocurrencies is the future . what's happening now between banks and crypto is a fight of survival and they will use every thing in their hands to survive

G20 summit has a great impact with regards to the rising up trend of the cryptocurrency market that is happening currently. Members of the G20 had commented that cryptocurrency does not pose any risk or threat on the global financial stablility world wide and because of this, it has been successively increasing as of this writing therefore for those who had hold their coins, don't sell it and just have to wait for the further growth it will reach to be able to gain good profit.

Bank of England governor and head of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) Mark Carney told G20 members that cryptoassets “do not pose risks” to the world’s economy in a letter dated March 13, Reuters reported Sunday, March 18.

The letter was addressed to G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors, who will gather for the summit in Argentina starting Tuesday March 20. In it Carney dispels the idea that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are having an adverse effect on financial security.... .... ....

indeed here is the link to a news article stating this - https://www.newsbtc.com/2018/03/19/g20-announces-no-new-regulations-and-bitcoin-shoots-up-1000/
Quote - The FSB’s initial assessment is that crypto-assets do not pose risks to global financial stability at this time

Good news, now hopefully this will stop some of the panic happening in the markets.

Positive news will bring postive effect to all the cryptocurrrencies, bull run is coming so we need to stick with BTC now or else we will get trapped with altcoins.Dont know if this is really true but the fact that this is a positive thing ,it will bring good news to the investors and it might trigger them to put their money back to the cryptocurrencies.

I think it's possible we will see a bull trap if positive news comes. The bull trap could even last a couple days if the news is really good.

Even if this is a trap, the G20 summit still passed and brought positive news for the crypto currency market. And we will see fundamental positive changes in the market in the near future.

No one is putting genie back into the bottle. This will be more of a "crypto is here so let's learn to deal with it" meeting IMO. Blockchain works and will be the way transactions are verified in the future - no doubt about that.

There has been some news from the G20 and that's good news for the cryptocurrency market. The new resolutions do not differ much from the present. we can be assured of investment.
news from Korea:
- Foreigners are not allowed to register their accounts at this floor. They are required to invest in KYC, tax is being prepared and announced in the future.
news from Germany:
- Accept Crypto as a legal and taxable financial asset, building regulations.

I really like that description and agree to it.
I don't think there will be a huge effect after their talking. Maybe there will be some surge of price for not long time.
For real effect o prices those regressives should do something but not just talk.

Apart from G20 or other expectations, we need to increase BTC share in total market capitalization.
At least it should be 55-60%..

Even someone brings up crypto in G20, it will be brief and definitely not conclusive. There is no point waiting for any news from G20 to predict where the market is heading. BTC had never feared of government regulation. If any crypto is so afraid of censorship, it's not a true decentralized asset and not worth to invest in.

When the question of the cryptomarket is taken out on such high level, it, definitely, speaks either about fear or about anticipation of fine opportunities. In the first case: fear something unknown, unknown. Fear of helplessness and powerlessness, attempt to call for association against something stronger. Fear to lose control, fear to lose habitual comfort and tenor of life.
But we will be, to hope, the rational mind will prevail over marasmus and bureaucracy. 20 strongest governors will estimate the fine prospects of introduction of cryptocurrencies for world economy. Also will adopt the corresponding positive resolutions. Especially as Japan already has the most positive experience of use of cryptocurrencies in the economy.

Regulations are never a bad thing, in my opinion. The crypto world needs regulations to mature. However, the market does not like regulations overall.

Total cryptocurrency capitalization is actually related to technology,
If an investor mainly does not pay attention to the benefits of this crypto, and also does not see the risks and high taxes, chances are they will be overwhelmed at the end, so be aware before investing ..

What type and how huge effect will it have on our portfolios guys?
Regulations are never a bad thing, in my opinion. The crypto world needs regulations to mature. However, the market does not like regulations overall.

Japan will call on all countries to jointly combat the money-laundering activities at the G20 summit.

The development of cryptographic currency in Japan is very prosperous. I think the purpose of this call is to strengthen the exchange of digital cryptographic currency and jointly promote the development of block chain technology.

it will all depends on what will be the discussion about cryptocurrencies.

I think there will be calls to jointly regulate cryptocurrencies and to prevent illegal money laundering and usage of crypto for terrorists funding.

But overall I do think that this could be the start of more acceptance of cryptocurrencies when more regulations sets in
Terrorist financing is really bad and it is necessary to fight it, but the cryptocurrencies have plenty of pros and maybe not now but after a while senior officials will understand it.

Such type of delusion and nihilism is what they are waiting for..
To ban and forbid whatever they want/..
They should see understand that like - they couldn`t ban or abolish Torrent - They can`t forbid crypto world.
Whenever there is demand, supply will be generated in any case, in this or that form.

So, I do have a crypto-hope.

I don't think it has any effect on crypto currency down move. When you look at the graphics you see this down trend is about technical data. If you have good technical analysis knowledge you didn't surprise by this move. It will recover soon, don't worry. Don't sell if you are in loss now.

I think that you should not expect from this summit of positive news for crypto currency. Since the strongest of the world is against uncontrolled money.

totally agree. Cryptocurrency is harming banks badly since they cannot play with your money to get theirs by lending it. Goverments by the other side want you to pay taxes so that they can use it to give their own workers money and wealth to live at your expense. They want to control your money and put taxes over you even when the goverment has done nothing in favor of crypto, but they actually want a part of it from you. Moreover, socialism is getting ahead by providing with social services paid by all. The more money you have, the more they'll have to buy your vote with your own money, which is disgusting to a terrible extent.

the problem , the issue is: which % of the total capitalization of cryptocurrency is actually related to technology? According to numbers and market trending.....about 35% of the total seen in December 2017.

If people, investors mainly, see no profit on this crypto, and also see high risk and taxes, do you think they will invest in this techonology? ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Traders can usually get money by selling and bying in short term, but investors , whales and other will fly away and will not return.

G-20 is bound to crash crypto. Hope this will not happen, but it's a big possibility that this happens. Stay prepared in case your faith collapses.

Can the market recover? I hope BTC will go back to 10k. and I hope this event can release a new digital co-brand. It will make the market more exciting and an opportunity for other electronic currencies to return to higher prices.

They wanted to talk about regulations to protect consumers and stop illegal activity. And they want the cryptocurrency to be fast growing. And they want to know the others what is the good value of cryptocurrency.

g20 meetings are not affective and there is no point to make them.
All of G20 members are hating each other and just talking and talking.
they never get in action and this will be zero effect on crypto.

I think you are right.
But it's not members who hate each other. A couple of groups (parties) are formed there and they hate each other.
And the actions are never made. You are perfectly right here Smiley

G-20 will make unattractive the cryptos due to hard regulations and certain bans. In fact, what they are going to talk is so much important, that , according to what i know, Crypto will go to hell in 5 days.

Bad news are coming, goverments and banks want to know how much money you put in, how much you win, and who gets it. This will force exchanges to be regulated so that all "anonimous" information about clients actually disappears.

Big whales, traders and investors are not in crypto for tech. Nor are the 99,99999999% of you. They are, LIKE YOU, in for profit. If crypto is so regulated that you cannot do what attrated people to this , (money laundering and tax evasion among other things), inverstors simply will run away from this madness.

If people actually cared about technology, why would have nearly 70% of the hole value of cryptocurrencies gone?? If ETH, is so good, and has a bright future, what has changed that has forced investors that had 133 billion in this, to actually stay only 40 billion and going down?? has the technology proved wrong? Is it not effective?? NOOOOO!!!!! It's goverments and the profit of crypto vs no profit for goverments and banks what is actually DESTROYING crypto.

In the G20 we will see the hate goverments and banks have against crypto, because the more money it goes in, the less they control it. Banks are losing a huge amount of money to lend because of this, and this is why they are all against. to the point they are even banning you from using your own credit card!!!

G-20 will almost clarify how are they going to destroy Crypto with regulations. The problem you guys seem not to understand, is that you consider regulations good because they give certitude for the future. The real issue is that THOSE REGULATIONS will make Crypto not interesting for investors because, once money laundering, tax evasions, total anonimous transactions and the impossibility to track the money and who really sells it , will leave crypto for the value the technology has, and this concept has been proved to be very low, and numbers talk clearly.

Hope you all guys are losing the money and you can afford that. Moreover, i wish i was wrong in all my statement. I really hope so.

It`s not inter relations between participants, but idea and acting principals between them.
If leading countries initiate trend for smart adoption of cryptos, it will have domino effect for the rest, 3rd world countries..
As reliability and security increases, when countries like Japan and Germany adopts blockchain and currencies, it`s like dictating to other weaker countries..

Well, hope so everything goes right. I am expecting something will come that will regulate it, so that old and new investors do not panic like we did in last 2-3 months since bitcoin raise and its burst, already cryptos were badly affected in last 3 months due to various reasons, so expecting something will come out that will regulate it approved by G20 nations.

I hope in the coming days we will get good news from this summit. The market needs a boost for growth! Judging by the fact that the attitude to crypto-currencies in many large states (for example, Germany) has changed in a positive way, we can hope for positive news!
