This is actually a really good idea, it's kinda amazing to see how much value some coins have gained in 1 years time.
Would it be possible to share your code on Github by any chance? I'd like to set it up on a server for personal use.

Anyway, nice job, this is definitely going in my bookmarks folder Wink

I don't really want to share the websites source code (mainly because it's messy and I'd feel bad if I didn't clean it up first), but I can make a simple JSON API if you like?

So I guess that's a showcase for your linked PHP crypto scripts Wink

To be precise: The exact timestamps used are January 1st at 0:00 UTC? Currently it only states "Jan".

Not really, though I do have a link to one of my bundles on the website. I made a quick script to see this yearly information for myself, then decided to convert it into a public website.

Yes, The exact timestamps are 0:00 Jan 1st.

I think there you need to add more parameters, not only % of price growing. This is aspect for traders only, not means anything about quality.
Some shity coins has been bumped but they can't call winners
I think communities is very important part of any coins amd his success in future.

This website is purely to show the gains various cryptocurrencies had in 2017 and is definitely marketed more towards traders.

For sure, increases and profit margins don't show the quality of a coin and I hope nobody invests long-term in a coin based on that alone.

I like your site, but where do you get your data. CrowdCoin is the most profitable but on coinmarketcap it has only 1 month history. I am not sure about correct computation

Hey,

It looks like CrowdCoin had a conflicting abbreviation (CRC) with another cryptocurrency, I went ahead and removed it for now.

Thanks for spotting it!

Hey guys,

I made a quick web app to view the gains and losses of cryptocurrencies in 2017.

Feedback and ideas would be awesome!
