Galaxy s21 Ultra 512GB black listed in Canada, please read.

it's 9.9/10 condition because it's not new, but there are no cosmetic damages, i've used it, but ofc with screen protector and case from day 1.

I definitely had a similar experience with this. I purchase it and is asking for deactivation unless I register an account.

I had a similar experience a couple of years back when I bought a new phone from abroad and came back home ^{[not the US or Canada]}. I received a warning that mentioned it'll be deactivated in a month's time unless I register it ^{[depending on the model, registration fees are different but for the most part, it's an insignificant amount]}.
