Alot of websites do this. Also many brokers do this also. They basically want you to learn how to trade or gamble. Doesn't mean its a scam.

maybe they give out tips which people think will be lucky but for real its not likely to win and in that way they get more profit

The odds are adjusted on sportsbooks so that the house should always win. If there is a heavy betting on one team, the odds will be adjusted so that you have to bet $20 to win 5$, or something like that. So if they give out tips, and as a result more money gets bet through their site, they win on higher volume no matter which team wins.

I don't think there is a free .02BTC and the wagered requirement it is written in the terms and there are countries that cannot claim the bonus deposits.

I agree, I very rarely take tips from anybody to be honest, I figure things out myself & only tend to bet on stuff I have good knowledge on. I won a nice parlay from Joca97's tips a short while ago but I don't tend to use other peoples tips very often.
You can't really trust anybody especially a bookie giving tips, surely he'll give the crappiest tips so you lose your bet?
Be careful acting on tips unless you're sure they are genuine knowledgable tipsters without an agenda.
