A random number is generated from range 0-599. Whoever owne the range where number lies is the winner. The higher the bet, the higher the range you own from the total pot.

So it's not about who bets a larger amount, but who will have more luck. I think this game can be explained by an example:
The situation in the lottery on the Freebitco website is very similar. You buy or get for playing there tickets. Who has more tickets, he is more likely to win. However, it often happens that someone who has several tickets wins, and whoever has millions of them, unfortunately, has nothing.

Betting a larger amount, just means you have higher chance of winning. It does not guarantee winning. So yes from your example it is similar. In a real lottery system, sometimes there are no winners. In my game, there is always a winner.

Have you got a price in mind? You're almost certainly going to get lowballed posting your offer in this section. It actually belongs in the marketplace.

I would actually recommend pitching the game privately to different established casinos, rather than waiting for them to come to you. Most casinos have a presence here on the forum, so it's a simple job to shoot them a PM with your proposal.

Hey I am just looking for offers right now. Partnerships work for me as well. I am just a student so I can risk putting more than half my net worth in a license. Partnerships are great if someone could cover the costs and I just lead the development and maintenance.

Well you can either post it in this board, Project Development or Auctions.

And maybe some angel investors might be interested on someone will offer you a partnership. I guess the most important question is how 'provably fair' is your system. I know that the more money you bet the higher chances of winning, however, what if two players bet the same amount? which one is going to win base on your rule?

I think it's not about who bets a larger amount of money, but about placing a random number (like in roulette, or who will be closer to the drawn number). However, I would also like OP to explain it, because I am also not sure why the amounts given in the example are different?

Here is a more detailed explanation of how the game works. I have added it on the website: https://gyazo.com/43440c7595af3fda61719da5e4919e0b

Tough to trust an absolute newbie who just joined the forum. You need to provide proof of your past works(Portfolio) and purchase copper membership if possible to boost your credibility op. Either way, its not going to be easy for you due to the competition.

Anyway, I don't understand why Alex will bet $250 against only $50 of Bob? According to you total pot will $250. So whoever will win that total amount will goes to winer. So if Alex win he will only earn $50 (-TAX). If he lost then he will lose $250. Although I not much experience on gambling but I think it should not work like that. Gambler will not bet like this. In my opinion both end betting amount should same. I know it's possible if peers are agree for it. But looking not fine.
Op did mention that the probability of winning is higher for the person who wagers a higher amount(In this case, Alex has a higher chance of winning when compared to Bob which is why it is fair if you think about it).

Hey everyone,

I am a computer science developer and for the past month I've been developing a bitcoin gambling website.

This website is player vs player, not like your traditional player vs website.

How the game works: Jackpot; every 30 seconds there is a jackpot. Player put money into the pot. Your probability of winning depends on how much money you have in the pot.

Example:

Bob: 50$
Alex: 200$

Pot = 250$

How the house makes money: The house taxes on the profit per pot.

Example:

If Bob wins the pot, he profits 250-50 = 200$. So the tax is 2$ (1% of profit).
If Alex wins the pot, he profits 250-200 = 50$. So the tax is 0.5$ (1% of profit).

The site is almost done. I am on the final stages of the development. Only some front-end code needs to be finished.

Demo of the website: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_d6hlpSGMk&feature=youtu.be

Why I am selling?.

I was planning to partner with some of my friends and run this site my self. However I live in Canada and it's illegal for me to host from within Canada since all the casino sites are through the government.
I don't really want to go through the hassle of hosting it offshore and going through a licensing procedure.

I am open to offers and I will also go through all of the code with you upon purchasing the site. We can sit together on call and test for exploits/backdoors, whatever you wish.
