On bitdice you can gamble their own token CSNO.
Seen some new gambling sites that do accepts erc20 tokens but you can able to play with their own coin but as expected all of them failed.
Gambling sites wont really add up coins if theres no soo much demand as far as i know these gambling sites do accepts lots of coin alternatives but not erc20 which i do prefer to use
yet these are established ones or much safe IMHO.

I think you need ETH balance to be able to spend the ERC20 tokens.
Edit: When checking the site it looks like there is no option to choose ERC20 token and I can't access the site using chrome my Metamask wallet blocking it and it detects that the site is positive on Ethereum Phishing Detector, which is not safe. So, I don't recommend this if you want to.
The best alternative, for now, like the above said, exchange your token to ETH or bitcoin that I think the best and safe to use for gambling.

Most likely not.
Basically ERC20 tokens are generally only used for speculation of the underlying ICO. They are generally sent to and from exchanges and when the mainnet of the underlying coin finally launches, they are later converted into their native coin and might be used for services, however at the moment not many of these coins are used.
Primedice just introduced some upcoming service where they will use a 3rd party exchange to broker into their dice site, so maybe that 3rd party exchange will be able to accept your ERC20 token.
But at the moment I don't think there are many sites which support this. Your best bet is to sell the ERC20 for ETH or BTC and use that to gamble and then just buy back the ERC20 token.
