Well, sometimes such things happen and it's not fault of a casino. It's possible that someone from your location or with same ISP might have placed bets and that's why they haven't counted your bet.

I don't share my IP with anybody and didn't place this bet in group.
So I guess it could happen with everybody. Just telling about my case and reccommend to avoid this casino.

What I understand is they are blaming you for group betting [assuming in your place you were the only one]. Now it is difficult to prove for you that you were not betting in group. It happens when you are with a close group, received information, there are others who received the same information. Everyone placed bets almost at the same time.

The providers only can help with data. However, I never seen a case where provider shared data with their clients. In sports betting it sucks to deal with. 

Sad turn out of event, this mostly happens when you share an IP with someone else, in your location, may be a family member or friend, so you need to think within your cycle to know who else is playing on Gardom apart from you, although this is just a likely possibility and you t could entirely be wrong.

Sometimes also casino may decide to act smart by voiding players bets just because the win big, this is a practice by shady casinos although I am not saying this is what happen with Gardom, this casino used to be active here in the forum in time past, but lately, their presence is no longer here, so you may be finding it hard to make any headways friends m this thread.

Well their representative is no longer active here to help clarify this issue and tell us why they thought it was multiaccount aside from the fact that they all placed the bet at the same time (which could be a coincidence).

Scam amount: 1417 USD
What happened: Gamdom.io decided to make a refund of the winning bet. It was a live bet during a timeout. The match of the top NHL hockey tournament.
A bet was placed in the amount of 506USD, on the total more in the main time. The coefficient was 3.8.
After the end of the match, I see that the bet was not calculated as a win, but was only refunded.
With great surprise I contacted the support team to clarify the situation. Their answer amazed me: ‘Our traders have informed me that there have been multiple bets placed using multiple accounts. As a result, they have voided all duplicate bets from the accounts. Unfortunately, this decision is final and I have already explored all possible options.’ Except that I was refunded the bet immediately after winning it, which happened within the next 10 minutes or so. Not after I made the bet, but after I won it.

So in fact the bet was returned only because one of the users made the same bet as me. I didn't use any other account, of course. Gamdom.io knows this, but they need a made up reason. It wouldn't even make sense, as the top tournaments have bet limits of thousands of dollars, and I only bet $500, so I didn't hit the max bet. And what other reason could there be for using multiple accounts at an anonymous online casino?
 Isn't that absurd? By the way, the reason I found out only an hour later, after contacting the chat. That is, for an hour the staff of this casino could not determine the cause of my problem.
What is even more interesting: in this match there were no returns on any other outcomes. The same outcome, only including overtime was calculated correctly, judging by the results of wins/losses, which can be seen on their website.
