Op it is hard to suggest something to you we don't know what is your budget, level of programming skills, how good of a designer are you etc.
Maybe try to focus on tabletop games?

I don't know if there would be a way to run your own WoW server? Probably not due to licensing issues, etc.
actually, it's pretty easy to set your own WoW server(not licenced by blizzard of course).the problem would be to bring players, make the inside market grow enough to be profitable to sell/buy itens with bitcoins, and, set a gambling game inside.
but, it wouldnt be cheap to do it all, so it isnt a good idea(not in my opinion)...

I'm not so sure about a game earning real coins, but I think a game like a kids game, for example like sonic from back in the day, would be nice.

I would like to play any pvp game, coin flip like games. i think making similar game like coin flip will be interesting to play. something like this!? let's say there are two monkeys and i bet on one and they raced and if i won(decided by the system/randomly like in coin flipping), my monkey will finish the race first and i'll win the bet. How about gamble scrabble? bet and ladders (snake and ladders)? JENGAmble?
If any of these come out, you got to pay me royalties man. These are really good ideas I made up after five seconds reading your thread. But serious, these are kind of good games if you think about it. It appeals to the childhood in all of us (probably). Good luck creating that game.
Assuming that your game will have gambling, dont forget to make something provably fair.

I think it adds some interesting games whatever it is, at least the game that brings users can bet with other users, I thought it was quite interesting
The problem with most PvP games is that its very easy to cheat, depending on the game. For example Chess. How do you know the other player isnt using a bot?
Also only way the site makes money is by percentage of the game winnings, however if nobody wants to play because of cheaters then nobody will bet anything and the site won't make any money.

i mostly want to see an innovative type of game, something that is new rather than just being the same old games like dice, ... even if the game itself is new, that would be great.
but as for games that already exist i have not yet seen an easy to use and fast platform to play poker on. or generally games that can be played P2P.
