Many altcoins pumped lately while bitcoin's price is suffering, this is an usual thing , there must be a game that played by the whales out there they sold their btc to pump other alts. If they move to play with the new projects, i think it will be the ico/ieo era again soon, but we don't know what is their plan next

If you are holding the coin does it really matter? What I mean is people are always looking for explanations about why the market moves in the way it moves, honestly as long as my investments are making me money I don't really care about why that happens, people care too much about trying to figure out things like this when what they should be trying to figure out is how to increase their capital, that is why we are speculating with those coins, so forget about it and enjoy your profits if you have them.

To be honest, i think there's quite some coins in Bittrex could likely pumped like how Gamecredits is
Bittrex was once a top tier exchange after poloniex in the 2017 where most of the coins actually pumped there

Anyhow, these coins have not very huge liquidity where it could be easily push if there's whales market buying at one shot would push at least 20-30% and even more

Yeah, maybe it's a community bag holder's takeover and they accumulated in silence, and that gives us another question; was the "news" enough? Do they just sell and forget the developing now, if that even was a real change.

Either that or the developers just lied and make stuff up for the exit pump. One thing is for sure... There's a reason on why that tweet is so vague and i highly doubt it's because of nda.

There are rumors that some new investors with huge capital has taken over. The news is all over Reddit but a bit sketchy on the details of the deal or buy so you rather exercise patience to wait for a new release from Game team to a certain the direction of the project before make any investment decision. Do not fomo!

From all indication, this acquisition of Credits could brings about potential partnerships, developments, and upgrades which could further drive prices up. 200% gains within a 24 hour period is massive but I doubt it will sustain this price range and momentum for long.

Gamecredit has just around 69+ millions coins in circulating (probably less than that would be available on exchanges been actively traded), before the sudden spike in price, it was trading around 2cent ($0.02 +/-) meaning just a whale or a pump amd dump group could have trigger the spike to create FOMO after their announcement was made on twitter. I did a rough calculation and with just $1,400,000 the circulating supply of the coin would had been bought off.

Meaning you should apply caution on this project, one of the vital lesson I have learnt from my stay in the industry is, coins that suddenly spike up in price also dump quickly. The safety and healthier way for a coin to increase is slowly and steadily. This could just be a clever way for developers to dump their remaining tokens on the market, don't be fooled as this isn't a healthy growth.

Same thing i think they are using this update to make hype using that news and no other updates other than that that can help the price that much.
230% is too much but because its american investors they can easily make that price increase.

It's up like 340% in a week. Gamecredit has been acquired by a group of investors as TGD Reddit link points to. People should probably not buy this pump, Probably wait till one knows which group of investors have acquired it.

The coin's mining halved and the team woke up from a large sleep. This was a much hyped coin back in it's days but failed to about nothing.
The current price is just the 10% of all time high for this coin.
