Keep it real
Two things:

1 - You should change the google docs link to be an actual link, not with [ code ] tags

2 - Your explanation of random numbers makes no sense.  I see how you got to 36, but then you add 3 and 6 together to get 9... and then add 1 to it for no reason?  Terrible way to get random numbers.
Players = 5.
Number = 36.
Who is the winner?

I add 3 to 6 to get only one digit.
The posible digits are 0,1,2,...,9.
But the players goes from 1 to 5 or 1 to 10.
I add 1 to get the player number.

But using this the player 1 never wins...

For -small- amounts block hashes would work. Just generate the winner off of a block hash after everyone has entered. Maybe the block right after the last entry. Then convert the hash to something useful.
Again thanks for the suggestion, i updated the game.

BitLotto - best odds + best payouts + cheat-proof
-you need to warn people not to use online wallets or Ewallets. mybitcoin etc
-Having the random file does nothing since YOU know it. You can play to win.
Thanks for the suggestion.
I know the numbers, but I could not find another way to pick the winner randomly. For example BitLotto pick the winner using random data collected, but it does on a determinated date (next draw is July 6), in my game i have to pick the winner when 5 or 10 persons are in one round, not on a certain date. Suggestions?

suggestion: why don't you display the numbers of tickets already bought. so anyone will know what his/her odds are?
hmmm. Not a bad idea. Right now: approx 1/281 of winning 69.56 BTC

You don't even have a website set up, you're just asking for people to send you money with absolutely no guarantee anyone will get anything in return.

Game 1 - 5 players - POT 5 BTC.
Send 1 BTC to:

Code:

Game 2 - 10 players - POT 10 BTC.
Send 1 BTC to:

Code:

Spreadsheet

Fee: 5%

Rules:
- 1 bet = 1 BTC.
- Send only 1 BTC per bet.
- There's no limit for the number of bets per player.
- Do not to use online wallets or Ewallets like mybitcoin.

How to? - Win:
Random number determines the winner.
If you won, you'll get your BTC automatically within a few hours at most.

How to? - Random numbers:
Each payment will show an associated transaction hash in blockexplorer, the random numbers will be generated using the transactions hash.
Example Game 1 (5 players, 5 transactions):
If Blockexplorer shows:
Transaction
4ae354acc3...
6a787ccd44...
1acad08b99...
deb787b130...
c024ebd34f...

Take the first number on each transaction (hexadecimal) and:
>  4+6+1+d+c = 24 (hexadecimal)
Convert to decimal:
>  24 (hexadecimal) = 36 (decimal)
Use the last digit:
>  36 --> 6
and add 1 (posible digits are 0,1,2,...,9 but players goes from 1 to 10)
>  6+1 = 7 --> Player 2 wins (read How to? - Determine winners)
So, you can check the generated numbers using a calculator.

How to? - Determine winners:
I will process the transactions by the Blockexplorer order, it's also kind of random if two come in the same block.
If Blockexplorer shows 9 transactions, 1 to 5 goes to round 1, 6 to 9 wait for more transactions to round 2.

Each player have an associated number:
Game 1 - 5 players - POT 5 BTC:
Transaction/Player 1 - Associated numbers: 1 and 6.
Transaction/Player 2 - Associated numbers: 2 and 7.
...
Transaction/Player 5 - Associated numbers: 5 and 10.

Game 2 - 10 players - POT 10 BTC:
Transaction/Player 1 - Associated number: 1.
Transaction/Player 2 - Associated number: 2.
...
Transaction/Player 10 - Associated number: 10.

Good luck.
