please suggest, I would like to build a pc, not too high specs. just for league of legends
You must have a good graphic card, rest of the specs doesn't matters. Even core i3 can handle it.
If LoL is really the only thing you`re planning to play — basically any computer

go with i5 and definitely ssd - hdd makes no sense. I think you don't need graphics card for LoL
i3 is enough for league of legends
i5 8400 + gtx1060 is the most cost efficient solution nowadays

If you are on the budget and just to play league of legends, AMD build is for you.CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 2200G - you don't need a graphics card anymore because it's an APU, a cpu and gpu in one chip.
MOBO: If you want to overclock, go for the b350 chipsets, if not, buy the a320 chipsets.
RAM: 8GB is enough, since it's an APU, go for dual channel, APUs are faster if your ram is dual channel, so buy 2x 4GB.
HDD: If you want to boot your PC fast, buy an SSD.
PSU: buy branded PSU like Cooler Master, Thermaltake, Silverstone, Corsair. You choose.

Nah, never go AMD CPU for gaming.
GPUs are good but single core performances of Intel CPUs are much better than AMD's.
I'm no Intel fanboy but that's the fact. I've got Intel CPU and AMD GPU and it works flawlessly.
You should use a computer with a high-core i5, Ram from 4gb or more, configure and graphics card.
This configuration looks good for me:

GPUs are expensive so I would go with configuration that has at least 8Gb of DDR4 ram and an i5. If you can go with i7 that would be best in the long run. You can wait for the best deal for GPU but cpus are bound with mobos and it's best to buy a good one right away.
