I registered an account in my name on September 28, 2017. transferred funds to the wallet. saved the password and recovery key. I recently wanted to transfer my funds to the exchange and found that I could not log into my account! the support team wrote to me that the password was changed and the key was re-encrypted in 2019. I didn't! I had two-factor google authentication! I have all the documents proving my identity! I have my phone and my mail! I have my authentication key! The support service does not respond to 10 emails! This is a very bad and unreliable service! pass by! And if you want to donate your money to scammers - you are welcome!
For the first time, I've seen an exchange with XRP as its main pair to other coins. I don't have experience with them but it looks like a chinese exchange because it has CNY pair.
