Nothing is resolved on issues I have with the orders yet.  I know you're trying, but is there someone at GAWMiners that has the authority to resolve this?  GAW has had my money since 11 July, it's 19 August and still nothing.  Just what do I need to do to get my money?  Do I need to have a lawyer contact someone there?  The problem is getting way too old.  Someone there needs to say "what the heck" resolve this problem and let's move forward.

That covers my lost mining time but what about the $40 for upgraded shipping I spent and didn't get?

I like GAW a lot, have spent a lot of money (for me at least) with them.  And I am excited to see what Project Prime entails.  But stuff like trippn is going through happens way too often with them.  Takes way too long for responses from support and a lot of times it doesn't fix the problem.  Definitely something they need to work on.  I have had similar issues with their customer service.  To their credit, I have seen them go to extremes to make things right for the customer.  Just in most cases, it should not of been necessary.

I had a store credit from a previous issue I had with them and wanted to utilize it, so I spent a month trying to order some shipped S1's from them back in May but was trying to get a price match to 112Bit's price, which they said they would do and would contact me with total and then I didn't hear back for 3 weeks from them.  Finally gave up and ordered another Blade, which ended up being a huge mistake.

Currently have an open ticket for something minor, hopefully will be resolved quickly.

Emailed Amber 2 days ago, opened a ticket yesterday... NOTHING!!!  I'm guessing I'm on ignore.  I want to buy a lightning x6 from them but they won't see another satoshi from me till this is resolved. 

It's been almost a month since my order was supposed to ship, pull teeth to get them to ship it, not getting a zen controller until i stared at my brick of a rig for 5 days.  Many many emails to Amber, at least 3 tickets, everyone promising we'll take care of this every time and now silence...

So I got everything and all is running great.  Since I got my zenminer 5 days past the deadline of the 25th for delivery I feel I should be compensated for the lost mining time as promised when I ordered.  Like I said earlier I don't have an extra laptop that I can put in the mining dungeon nor do I have a raspberry pi so my miner was useless to me til yesterday. 

Haven't heard from amber about either the refund for my upgraded shipping charges or compensation for late delivery of the zenminer.

Hope to hear back soon.

Same problem here.  I got two Zen controllers but now miners yet.  The company isn't providing much information. Maybe they are coming in a few days, but already a week late.  I've downloaded the complaint from off the State Attorney General website.  I'm a little tired of the run-around it seem I'm getting.  Amber is the only good thing going with GAW miners.  I believe she really tries to help, but is probably overwhelmed with complaints.  Hope she doesn't quit.  Going to respond to her request.  Haven't been on here for a few days.

Zoom Hash has been totally awesome, haven't had a singe issue with them.  Received a dead G-Blade, had the RMA # within hours of sending them an email.  Got the replacement within 5 days of returning the bad one.  They shipped out a new order same day I submitted it.  Zoom Hash has my stamp of approval.

I had the opposite problem of someone here. I got the Pi a week before
the miner came. Why not ship them at the same time? It was also
missing the USB cable (and I would have been upset, but I am a
computer horder, and had one) as well as NO instructions at all.
I really think basic instructions of hooking up a PSU (hint: most don't
fit or work) and windows cgminer settings/program should be
included because the zenminer didn't hook up anyways. I hear
they are being recognized now, but GAW says flash Minera over it.
I'm just running in windows cgminer till they post the new zenminer
for Pi, just not worth the headache right now.  I love GAW and
just think they grew too fast for their own good.  Once they start
actually answering the phones, I'm sure they will straighten everything out.

They did ship mine and I got it yesterday.

Guess what!  They didn't put in a Zen Controller  Huh

So now I have a useless door stop till they ship me one.

Did anyone pay for upgraded shipping?  I did!  2 day shipping via Fed Ex.  What did I get? DHL which takes an extra day in the states since it has to hand it off to USPS for the last mile delivery.  I've been emailing [email protected] and she has been dodging the idea of refunding my shipping costs.

I hope they plan on compensating me for the lost mining time due to not having a zen controller.  When I bought my BW it said if it arrives after the 25th I would be compensated in what it would have mined in LTC.  Well I got it on the 25th but it's useless to me till I get the zen controller since I don't have an extra RPi or an extra computer to dedicate to the basement where I keep my mining equipment.

THAT'S WHY I ORDERED A MINER WITH A HOST!!!

Get it together GAW!  

PS:  I do have to give Amber some credit.  She is quick to respond to emails.

Unfortunately I don't have a RPi ting around or an extra PC to run the mining hardware.  My computer is in my office and my mining hardware is in the basement utility room.  

All you need is a laptop & PSU,use the paperclip trick to fool the PSU that its hooked to a mobo.

CGminer was easy,the hardpart was the USB driver,I had installed several previously to run Klondikes,then Drillbits,then gridseeds,then Fury's.I did a reinstall of the OS (win7 64), installed the correct USB driver & it ran first try !!!  Shocked  I'm getting 15.4mh @ 328 mhz. You just need to know if your miner is a batch 1 or 2 (X2 or X3).

BTW,just so folks know,Zoomhash actually answers their phone everytime  Cheesy  I placed my order on tues & got my Hurricane X3 on Friday!!!!  Shocked

Called em on Friday evening for tech support & they did what they could,I screwed up with all those USB drivers from previous miners  Embarrassed

Amber did all she could for me & I'm grateful for that,but I'll be doing no more preorders anywhere ever...not in stock...no sale...

I did get compensated for my 8 day late delivery,but I went thru hell to get it,took over 2 weeks & many conversations with Amber & support folks  Roll Eyes

Yeah they answered within 24 hours alright.  Hasn't made a difference in my opinion.  I still don't have my 2 miners (week Cool ordered on 11 July.  "Thomas" responded to the ticket and said he had elevated it for what ever that is worth.  They advertised an additional 100 Black Widow miners on their One Miner a Day program just a few days ago so what kind of business are they running when they offer to sale more of the miners and haven't even met their previous obligations.  They have also opened and closed the week 9 Black Widow promotion it looks like.  It's the same old thing, nothing has changed with them.  They could do a lot better taking a few marketing courses and learn about customer service.  Once I get this issue resolved I'll never buy from them again.
