There are 4 Solo Hashlets:

Multi $14.95
Clever $15.95
Waffle $16.95
Zen $20.95

All are 1MH (you can buy in 1MH, 5MH etc.)

Then there is Genesis for $8.95 which is 10GH (bought in 10GH, 30Gh etc) Which you can change between 3 SHA pools.

And finally Prime, for $49.95, same 1MH etc as the Solo. However Prime can be set to any of the 4 solo pools, or to one of the additional pools (LTC Pool and HashletBit). This also has a rocket boost that gives an extra 50% hashrate boost for 30 mins, every 12 hours, (user has to login and activate each time) or Now also has the ability to set a second pool that is mined at the same time as the first, for 12 hours (can be set every 24 hours)

All prices are from within the Zencloud portal itself, there are a few resellers you can also purchase through.

Current payout rates for all the Hashlets/Pools

LTC Pool   0.00060023 BTC
ZenPool   0.00060023 BTC
WaffleHashlet   0.00052320 BTC
HashletBit   0.00041000 BTC
CleverHashlet   0.00039800 BTC
MultiHashlet   0.00035190 BTC

GenesisGuild   0.00001451 BTC
GenesisHash   0.00001451 BTC
GenesisMulti   0.00001434 BTC

TLDR; Solos you buy, they mine, thats it. (Soon they can be Amped up using Hashpoints to increase their mining etc. But essentially they are set and forget)
Genesis, same as solo, except you can switch between the 3 pools manually if one is paying a higher rate.
Prime you buy, and you micro manage daily. Soon to be able to switch to SHA of about 40GH each instead of 1MH Scrypt.

For my understading the solos mine in a specific pool while prime can switch pools. Different solos have different roi's because they mine in different pools.

Hmm, Im a bit lost on that still... where are you getting the $20.95 figure from? Solo is $15.95 and Prime is $49..

Also I still cant tell why the Prime is 3x the price of Solo essentially - its because it "upgrades over time" ? Or because has extra features like mining 2nd pool?

Thanks for your help tho, I will probably just go for 1 of each Solo and Genesis and see the difference live

You could just use any old calculator. Cost of "Hardware" is the cost of buying the Hashlet, for a Zen thats $20.95.
"Power" or upkeep is costing $0.08 per 1MH per day. Payout Rate on Zen right now is 0.00060023 BTC

Ah that's interesting thanks, so the GH/s return rate on https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/ is roughly correct, but why then does the MH/s calc there show 0 basically - is there any other calculator I can use to get a rough idea using MH/s and Zen Pool or just very rough averages across pools?

You have entirely missed it.

The Solos each mine a specific pool. Each of those pools have a different return rate. Currently ZEN and LTC pool are the leaders.

The Prime can switch between all the Scrypt pools, also now can mine a second pool for 12 hours every day. It has extra features that require interaction daily, the Solos just set and forget. (For now).
If you want easy ROI/mining, Primes are not for you, Go for Solo's or Genesis

The Genesis are SHA256 and have 3 pools to switch between, once again, you have to watch the return rates and mine the one you want.

Hi, I hope this is the right forum area to ask this, and hope someone can enlighten me on calculations / potential return with GH/s vs MH/s, in particular with reference to buying the cloud mining hashlet options at GAW Miners:

http://gawminers.com/pages/hashlet

GH/s vs MH/s? The "Hashlet Genesis" model is $8.95 for 10 GH/s which may earn like $1.80 per month, but the "Hashlet Prime" is 1MHs for $50 and on putting that in a mining calculator (I used https://alloscomp.com/bitcoin/calculator to calculate) the return looks like $0.01 per day? Have I got that wildly wrong, why is the MHs setup $50 for $0.01 a day whereas $8.95 Gh/s setup (genesis) is decent return?

Then there is the Hashlet Solo model vs the Hashlet Prime - Prime is $50 for 1 MH/s, and Solo is $16 for 1 MH/s - how can these 2 vastly different prices for the same MH/s exist?

Am I missing something here or does MH/s GHs not add up at all?

Thanks in advance, hoping someone can explain or point me to the answers?
