9 days ago, I tried to purchase a single megahash hashlet from them.

I entered my credit card information and hit continue.  I then got an email from my credit card company saying that the order had gone through as shown here

I sent them a ticket within ten minutes and it took six days for them to give any kind of reply, which said that "it did not go through"

This runs contrary to an email from my CC company and my CC statement, saying that it went through. I contacted them again and called support many, many times, and never was I able to accomplish anything.

I just want to get some closure on this since the price of the Hashlet is now 250% higher for the same thing and I'm out the money that I gave them.

At least I made a small initial purchase before the planned larger one....

I do not plan on dealing with them in the future, and suggest that you do the same.

Hi! Has your ticket been resolved yet? If not, please send me your ticket number and I will look into this for you. I agree, you have waited an extended period of time. I am sincerely sorry for  that. If there is anything I can do to help. Please let me know.

You can choose to believe it or not, but I posted the credit card confirmation

And I understand mistakes...but nine days with no resolution is a bit much.
Sorry to hear that happened!
GAW is a little short staffed on support, so their response times can be a little slow.
This is why sometimes ordering from a reseller is a better option!
Faster Support!! Smiley

They do seem a bit short handed on staff when it come to support based on forum feedback.

Yeah new guy 1 post zero proof .  And I am not defending gawminers.
They are handling huge volume and they make mistakes each and every day.

Just go to www.hashtalk.org and you can read about the mistakes they make. many posts asking for fixes.
