I have the same experienced last month but only lasted for 3 days.
I send my concern to their support but I received no reply. Then after 3 days , the transaction was successful.

Hello,
I sent some BTC from another exchange to GDAX. The BTC always need to go through coinbase, which always worked properly in the past.
This time ( 30. december ) my transfer is still pending between Coinbase and GDAX.
Has anyone Else had the same problem so far?
