Gemini's customer service has been very poor.
Had an issue with 2FA, tried to get some info - never did.
I'll be going elsewhere.

They have been down for about 8 hours now. About 4 hours ago, they tweeted that they are going to resume the operations shortly but still not there.

I like Gemini personally, because the owners are in the public spotlight and not anonymous and cannot run away with everyone's coins if they feel like it. They are also founders or involved in the founding of Facebook and high up in Silicon Valley/tech industry and this gives us confidence that Gemini will be around for a long time or maybe forever. Long live Gemini!

It is the best exchange if you live in the U.S.
I think that's highly subjective. It's highly regulated so it might be the safest but not sure it'd appeal to many crypto people. They only offer BTC, ETH, and US Dollar trades so that eliminates many.

Anyway, as I don't live in the U.S. it does not apply to me. Is it wildly used there?
